All garments are currently shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA with FedEx Express. We ship domestically within the US and worldwide.
Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by you (the customer) at the time of placing your order. To track your order please use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow a minimum of 48hours to receive the link.
Once your order pick ticket is placed and collected from the fulfilment centre Innika Choo has no control over the delivery. Any change requests or tracking follow up need to be communicated directly with the courier assigned to your product. In most cases it is with Fedex Express.
As the recipient, you are liable to pay for all import duty charges, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you have requested to ship your items to.

As each collection is produced in limited numbers, we accept returns only under dire circumstances. Please consider the earth first - most times finding a tailor to get the perfect fit would outweigh the time and money spent on a return. Plus, crafty customisation is cool! If you truly can’t make it work, items must be unworn, still tagged and received at our provided warehouse address within 21 days of the original delivery date. Cost of item only (not shipping) will be refunded if the conditions of return are agreed to. Return shipping cost and taxes are to be paid by customer.
