All of our orders from this e-commerce platform are shipped out of our warehouse in Singapore and Bali currently. We ship domestically and internationally, and the preferred shipping method is chosen by you at checkout.
You now have a few shipping options to choose from depending on warehouse location of items;
- Priority Express with an estimated delivery, within 3-7 business days* for deliveries outside of Singapore and Bali.
- Priority Express within Singapore has an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days*
- Free Shipping has an estimated delivery of 10-14 business days*
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday depending on your location. Please note, the estimated delivery times do not include order processing time.
*business days depending on; current COVID related delays, additional weather related delays, where in the world you are and if any major public holidays affect our couriers and fulfilment centre.
If your purchase is a pre-order, please refer to online info for approximate dispatch date. If you purchase a ready to ship and a pre-order item within the same order both will be sent together at time of pre-order completion and dispatch. If you would like your ready to ship earlier please order separately.
During new collection releases there may be slight delays.
If your purchase is a sales item please anticipate a longer delivery time due to a busier period. This could be anywhere from 5-10 business days.
Free shipping for orders is based on the 10-20 day business day delivery time and does not include any potential / unforseen customs duties and taxes that may be charged by your delivery country. Free shipping is for orders when shipped from the same warehouse location. If they are from separate locations free shipping is not applied. Please see below for more information.
For international customers - as the recipient, you are liable to pay for all import duty charges, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping into.
As each collection is produced in limited numbers, we accept returns only as per our return policy.
Please provide a local number for any delivery issues for the courier to make contact. If you do not accept contact from couriers we are not liable for any problems with your delivery and or returns due to no delivery and returns back to us. Once item is shipped the responsibility is on the customer to ensure proper delivery.
