Payment information.
Our store is displayed $USD. Your bank determines the currency conversion rate. We accept Paypal and Credit Card payment.
If you have any payment queries, please contact us.
If payments are not fulfilled in 24 hours we have the right to cancel pre-orders.
Cart information.
Please provide the correct contact number. Sometimes the couriers will need to speak with you directly. If you do not provide a correct number then you may miss out on important shipping information.
Once an order is confirmed we cannot accept name change or address change unless requested within 8 hours of that confirmation.
Please provide all information in English (our systems do not accept characters). If you provide unreadable shipping information then there will be delays for you.
If your order is returned because of this incorrect information we cannot take any responsibility.
If you order more than one item from multiple warehouses the shipping costs will reflect this total if your order is below the free shipping threshold.
Shipping information.
We ship to your final confirmed shipping address. Unfortunately we cannot accept any changes in address once you make a purchase.
We'll do our very best to ship worldwide ... if your country is not on our list we will find a way to get it to you. Email us for special requests.
We do not ship to hotels, resorts, supermarkets, hospitals or any temporary address.

Shipping costs.
Please refer to shipping charges for various countries when completing your order. If you have a large order please email us for shipping rates that are not available at checkout. We prefer courier companies that provide security and fast shipment of your valuable goods.
Tracking information.
When your order is shipped, we'll send you an email containing a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate and track the progress of your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact us.
Taxes & duties.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any potential duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes, other fees or brown paper bags, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer unless Passport Duties Paid option is selected.
