Return Instructions for Australian Orders.
Returns must be received 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please read and confirm that your item(s) is eligible for return before proceeding with next steps.
Returns fees cost a fixed fee of between $AU8 to AU$14 for any weight depending on where you are.
You'll receive Store Credit or refund *of your item only* into your account within 4-6 weeks from when we receive your parcel and it is approved by our team.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Returns must be delivered back within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Read our returns policy. If your items are eligible for returns, pack the item(s) and their original packaging in a parcel.
Register your eligible return here. Once you're done, an email containing your return label will be sent to you.
This is a return label and does not constitute any return approval.
If an item that is not eligible for return is sent back, the customer is responsible for collecting their item(s) from Innika or our third party warehouse at their own cost, so we urge you to check the return terms before sending.

Address: Kindly enter your street number into the Address 2 field.
You will be required to fill up all fields before you are able to click on the "calculate shipping cost" button.
Print out the return label (you should receive this in your email!) and paste it on the parcel.
Drop off your return parcel.
