Sizes

To help you find your size, we provide a tool, "Find My Size", that recommends the best size for you, using the details that you provide. If this option is not available for the item you are interested in, you can always consult our size guide.

Price changes

Our items are priced the same online and in store. If there is any difference between the prices shown on the website and those marked on the label on the clothes, the correct price will be the one shown when you purchase it. Please keep in mind we do not adjust prices for items whose original prices may have been reduced.

Newsletter

Subscribe to keep up-to-date with the latest trends. You can sign up in the footer. Email subscribers always get first access to promotions and special sales. Don’t worry we don’t send emails often and you can opt out anytime.

Returns & exchanges

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Your return must reach us within 28 days for full priced items & 14 days for other items that are approved by us, from the date of delivery/collection.

- Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions. Please check the promo email footer for confirmation.

- Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their clothing tags intact.

Exclusions
Sale items (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied), also panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gift product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Reimbursement & processing time
Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 4-6 weeks from when we receive it. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.


For Retail Store Purchases:
For retail store purchases, all sales/exchanges are final. We do not provide refunds for store purchases.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied), also panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gift product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

What happens if I've returned an order that is not eligible for a return?

We'll drop you an email once we've processed your parcel. For your parcel to be returned to you, there'll be a re-delivery fee that varies depending on where you are located. If you are unsure of an item's eligibility to be returned, you may check our Returns policy here.

Can I return an item purchased using a promo code?

Orders made with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.

If your order is eligible for returns, the amount that you've paid for the item only will be returned to your Store Credit account. Shipping is non refundable.

I can't register my return, what should I do?

I received a defective item, how do I request for an exchange?

We're incredibly sorry you received a defective item. Please give us a chance to fix this - drop us a message here within 30 days from the delivery date with the following info:
- Your Order Number (e.g #12345-IC )
- The product SKU code of the defected item (You can find this information on your order packing list enclosed in the parcel, or in your Order Confirmation email e.g. SKU: M144RAs1OWTD-1)
- Photo of the defect

Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.For defective items, you'll be sent a return postage label to return your order. Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags on.

We recommend returning defective items only via our prepaid postage label, as any charges incurred for using other modes of delivery won't be reimbursed.

*Variation of 1 inch in measurements will not be counted as a defect.
*Variation in colour will not be counted as a defect.
*Variation in hand embroidery will not be counted as a defect.

What is the status of my return?

You'll receive Store Credit to your account within 4-6 weeks from when we first receive your order. Once your return order has been processed, the return status will be updated to you via email notification.

Discount codes

What am I unable to use my discount?

There're a few possible reasons why your discount could be invalid:

1. The code has expired
Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.

2. Did you meet the minimum spending requirement?
There might be a minimum spend requirement and/or on selected product categories.

3. Product exclusions from promo codes
Discounts are not applicable on:i. Innika & Collaboration Collectionsii. Sale items (unless specified)

4. Do you need to be logged in?
Some promo codes will require you to be logged in to redeem the discount.

5. Did you apply the promo code to the correct field?
Promo codes should be applied to the 'Promo Code' field at checkout.

6. Has this promo already been used?
Some promo codes might have restrictions to the number of times it can be used.

7. Have you checked the Terms and Conditions of the promo code?
Check promo terms and conditions to ensure you've met the promo criteria,

8. Can't find your promo code here?
For any other promo codes sent via our newsletters, please double-check the terms and conditions in your email.


If you're absolutely sure you've fulfilled the terms and conditions of the discount and still have trouble using it, please drop us a message here with a screenshot of the error message!

Why am I not receiving Free Shipping?

There're a few possible reasons why your shipping discount could be invalid:

1. Did you meet the minimum spending requirement for free shipping?
Check the total order value from one fulfillment location meets the minimum shipping requirement.

2. Did you check the origin tab on the product page to ensure all items are coming from the same warehouse?
There might be a minimum spend requirement per fulfilment location. Ie. your order has items being fulfilled and sent in different packages and is split between multiple locations therefore doesn’t meet the minimum spend.

I placed my order but forgot to use my discount code, what should I do?

Discount codes can't be applied to an order that's already been made!
Reimbursements won't be provided if the code wasn't applied. But you can always save it for your next purchase with us, as long as you fulfil the terms and conditions of the discount!

Order Modifications

After completing your purchase we will send you a confirmation email with all the details. Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it is already in an advanced stage of preparation. You have 8 hours from order confirmation to email us. We will endeavour to respond to queries where possible.

Delivery Methods & Costs

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.
The time frames shown above will be extended for remote areas, and sales periods.
Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.

Split Orders

It is possible that your order be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, check the Origin tab on each product page where you will find the shipping location.
